In collaboration with Buddhatalk a weekly casual meditation group at Balnarring Hall is open to all (enter via side door near kindergarten)
Wednesdays 1:30pm – 3pm during school terms.
Face to face.
Suitable for experienced and beginner meditators

Individual Meditation and Mindfulness Sessions
We cater for your individual needs to help you attain your mental and spiritual wellbeing goals with one on one meditation and mindfulness sessions.
Available Mondays to Saturdays - by arrangement in person or via zoom
Cost by sliding scale: adult $90 per session, student $60 per session, or if you are experiencing the pinch of the cost of living please contact Jacqui.
Family or small group ticket available (includes up to 6 people) $160 per session.
