Mindfulness is being aware in the present moment in an open, compassionate and accepting way. Through the lens of mindfulness we can let go of worries about the past and stress over the future.
Developing our capacity to rest in compassionate non-clinging awareness we learn to savour the good times we experience, as well as manage our difficulties with more equanimity. We find peace and happiness is experienced in the present moment.

A warm welcome to Living Mindfulness and Meditation! We are based in Red Hill on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.
We provide classes, courses and retreats to help you reach your mental and spiritual wellbeing goals:
• meditation and mindfulness
• loving kindness meditation (metta) and skills for developing self compassion and empathy
• insight meditation and contemplation based on the Buddha’s teachings
• mindful movement, deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and breathing practices (pranayama)
These practices help you develop the skills to relax, reduce stress, increase resilience, calm, joy and wisdom in your life.
